Thanks for the ...
Thanks for the video response! :) Born Free FTW! Hubby used the Born Free bottle today and managed to get baby to drink about 2 oz. Enough to hold her over until I got home about 30 minutes later. :)

Thanks for the ...
Thanks for the video. Some points though. Aluminum containers are not as safe as stainless steel containers. Aluminum can cross the blood brain barrier and cause Alzheimers. Also #1 and #6 plastic is not as safe as #2 HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) plastic.

Thanks for the ...
Thanks for the comment! SIGG bottles have been thoroughly tested both in Europe and in the USA to ensure 0.0% leaching. But you make a good point, stainless steel may be the way to go! Also, what makes #1 and #6 safer than #2? I'm interested in knowing. Thanks!

#1 and #6 plastic ...
#1 and #6 plastic is not as safe as #2 plastic. #2 HDPE is one of the plastics not known to leech chemicals. 1 and 6 do however. Polystyrene (#6 plastic) is used to make straws and disposable food utensils and is made up of benzene, a known carcinogen.

actually, studies ...
actually, studies show that aluminum buildup in the brain is actually a RESULT of Alzheimers, not the cause of Alzheimers....

video nice! one ...
video nice! one question, briefly, you know! drugs have been found in the drinking water in the us, right? recycled from the toilet! so what about BPA, i am interested- can it be filtered out at the water treatment plants or do we drink that too. by the way in japan, the plastic people do not worry about it so much and most even don't care that the government has kept this a (secret?) for no one even knows, or veryvery few know about the leeching of this chemical- is it the same in your area?

If you find anything out about it, please let me know! I will do the same.
